I have to say that out of two different facilities that I’ve stored my personal belongings at in San Diego, Hilltop Main Self Storage is frankly the best. I was going through a difficult situation and did not have much money. But Hilltop Main Self Storage made it possible for me to rent a unit with them by offering me a great special. Now that I’m back on my feet and no longer have the unit I definitely have to express my gratitude to Hilltop Main Self Storage and there staff for helping me with a jam. I just wanted to express how impressed I am with the great customer service I receive at Hilltop Main Self Storage. The employees I’ve encountered at this facility are fantastic. Every time I come into the office or when the employees see me at my unit they greet me with a smile and ask how I’m doing. If I have something heavy to carry from my vehicle to my unit an employee with no hesitation will come help me. I’ve been here for 7 years now and have to say that I am very pleased! Thank you Hilltop Main Self Storage! I have to say that out of the 3 times that I’ve moved this was the least stressful. I came into your facility very stressed out and came out relaxed thanks to your kindness and awesome specials. I was looking for a unit and in the back of my mind I knew I needed to rent a moving truck plus needed some boxes and other supplies and everything was just really overwhelming for me. But as soon as the clerk asked me how they can help and what’s exactly that I needed. I explained my situation and right away they gave me a smile and said that I came to the right place. They started off with showing me two different units. I had thought I needed a 10x20 but then they showed me a 10x10 and told me that with the stuff I was going to store all of it would fit and they were right I guess I was exaggerating in what I had to store. So there expertise saved me a lot of money on top of that they offered me a 3 month special which was great because I was planning on having the unit for 6 months. Besides helping me with getting a unit they also offered me a free moving truck because the unit I got qualified for the free truck. So I ended up killing three birds with one stone. I got the unit I needed, the moving truck, and to top it off they have the boxes I needed for sale. So they definitely made my life a whole lot easier! I’m very thankful for there help and being so courteous and patient with me. Thank you Hilltop Main Self Storage you’re awesome!

I’m a tenant at Hilltop Main Self Storage, and I wanted to comment on how satisfied I am with storing my business merchandise and records at your facility. I have been a tenant at your facility for two years now and can honestly say that I feel very secure storing my important belongings here with there great security system and staff. The employees at this facility are very attentive and courteous. For example, I was in a hurry one afternoon and I guess I left my lock unlocked. I received a phone call from one of the clerks to inform me that my lock was unlocked and that they were going to lock it for me as well as overlock it with one of there own locks. They also informed to come down to the facility whenever I got a chance to the next day to make sure all of my belongings were accounted for. I immediately went to the facility as soon as I got a chance the following day and they took off there lock and I checked my belongings in which everything was there. I was very grateful for what they did! Hilltop Main Self Storage is a clean, safe, and secure facility with great employees who care are kind and are very honest! Thanks Hilltop Main Self Storage!
