A Storage Place - Grand Junction is located in the heart of Western Colorado with easy access from I-70 and Hwy 6 & 50 just west of the 24 Road corridor and Mesa Mall. We offer professional, courteous service and make customer service our #1 priority. We strive to form lasting relationships with our tenants based on trust and excellence in service. We have been serving Grand Junction, Fruita and the Redlands for more than 15 years.A Storage Place is committed to the Grand Junction community. We have donated services for Homefront Heroes, S.A.L.T. Bikes for Kids, Alzheimer’s Association, Toys for Tots and many other community-based organizations. Our reputation is second-to-none and we are pleased to have an excellent relationship with local law enforcement and the fire department.

Our Tenants Come First!
We offer many amenities to our tenants including automatic credit card payments, acceptance of all major credit cards, U-Haul moving truck rentals, moving supplies, *FREE truck with rental, dumpster, convenient drive up to many storage units making loading and unloading easier, all concrete driveways (no gravel), acceptance of deliveries for many of our commercial tenants, and large truck access. Our office is open 7 days a week and you can access your storage unit from 5 am to 9 pm, 365 days/year - yes, you can even come in on Christmas Day if you choose to!Climate Control & Facility Security
For commercial or residential tenants we offer climate-controlled storage units for samples, business records or your personal belongings that need a little extra protection. Our climate controlled units are cooled in the summer via air conditioning and heated during the winter. We maintain a year round temperature not to exceed 72 degrees.Our multi-layered facility security program includes 24 hour video surveillance, resident management, electronic gate access (if you don’t have a unique code, you can’t get in), and many other features - but our first line of defense is our employees and managers. We make it a habit of getting to know our tenants and patrolling our Grand Junction storage facility to make sure everything is on the up and up.
