I am writing this letter, which I rarely do for a business, to convey how pleased I am with the experience I had renting a unit from your facility on Central Avenue in Riverside. It is because of my experience with your manager Fay Simpson I am renting at your facility today. She was very professional, knew her trade well, and was very friendly. I can't stress enough how important friendly is in today's business environment. It is solely because of her friendly personality that I am renting one of the biggest units you have there. I could have rented a unit literally down the street from my house, that was even cheaper, from a competitor of yours. However, after having a bad experience with the manager there while viewing the unit for rent, I could not see taking my long term business there. As I believe in giving credit where credit is due, I felt I should drop a quick note to tell you what a difference attitude can make. Fay definitely has a passion for her job, and thought you should know.

I am very appreciative of all the care and concern you showed me when handling my account. During this economic down turn my finances have been more than chaotic. I had been stressing about paying bills and making ends meet as well as paying my present creditors. Fay at Central Ave Self Storage allowed me to bring my account current. Because of Fay's kind generosity and willingess to work with me I can see myself getting back on track. She was always pleasant and accomodating and very flexible. Shes an asset to your company.

My son Brent and I have been renting from Central Ave Self Storage since 2003 and have moved several times and have not found a more reasonable priced storage company. We are also now living in Long Beach and continue to keep our belongings there and do not mind the 1 1/2 hour trek in traffic. Because in the long run we are still saving a bundle of money. We have not had any issues with this company in the 6 years or so we have been renting.
