We are located at 333 Via Vera Cruz, San Marcos, California 92078. You can see our business from most of San Marcos’ popular eateries, as we are just across the street from Restaurant Row.

As you enter our front gate, you will be pleased to note the lush tropical landscaping and the clean wide aisles. We pride ourselves on our repeat business and our customer referral program. In fact, we really enjoy it when a new customer comments, “I was driving by and thought your place looked very clean”. This tells us that the pride we take in keeping our facility clean and kept up is evident with our clients.

Clients Enjoy Flexible Payment Options

It is important to us that we make conducting business as stress-free for our customers as possible. With this as one of our goals, we have several methods of payment available, including credit card autopay or secure online payments and account management. We of course take payment in person, via money order, cash or check. Considering the present state of the economy, we make courtesy calls to our customers the day before they receive a late fee.

San Marcos Storage Units:

All of our units are street level, and with 98% of our units tenants are able to drive up next to their space(s) and work without going up stairs or down hallways. Our recently installed roll-up doors are easy to open and each unit is equipped with an overhead light.

And we don’t forget our military men and women – we offer a 15% discount off monthly storage rates for active duty military personnel -“Thank You For Your Service.”

For all customers, we are happy to assure you that (unlike the gasoline prices) we will guarantee the cost of your monthly rent to remain at your move-in price for one year. We even throw in a free lock for all of our new tenants.

We know it is important that your possessions remain free of insect infestations so we have contracted with a local company for monthly pest control spraying.

Active military personnel receive 15% discounts off monthly storage rental rates. We support our troops!

Moving Truck & Packing Supplies

Within the first month of your rental we offer a one-day *FREE use of our 14’ Box Truck for local San Marcos area moves. *Restrictions apply, based on availability (we require proof of insurance and a licensed driver for use of the truck.) We have a supply of various-sized boxes, tape, packing supplies, and other moving aids to ease the work load of your move.

Gate Access, Site Security and On-Site Staff:

The security of your belongings is of the utmost importance here at San Marcos U-Store. Our main gate opens at 6:00 am and closes at 6:00 pm. Throughout the day staff-monitored surveillance cameras as well as frequent property checks by golf cart have enabled us to maintain a low rate of problem incidents. In addition to these security measures, we contract with a live security response team who rapidly respond if our night security beams are broken. Should it be needed we have two additional gates that we can open to allow easier access for larger moving trucks.

Students Welcome!

We're located conveniently to Palomar College. Our 5x10 and 10x10 units are perfect for short term student storage.
Our San Marcos storage site is staffed by professional personnel with years of experience in service-related occupations. The staff is friendly, courteous, and willing to put forth extra effort to insure that the customer’s needs are understood and met. We are constantly checking storage industry standards and monitoring the rates of our neighboring storage facilities. You will find our rates to be locally competitive and we constantly strive for superior, world-class customer service.

We're Locally Involved in San Marcos, CA:

In our 30+ years at this location, we have learned quite a few things about our community. For one thing, the area is growing and changing. We are changing also to meet the community needs. We participate with a booth at the San Marcos Street Festival. This booth is an excellent way to interact with our neighbors and to gain insight as to their storage needs. We sponsor an annual food drive during the Holiday season in conjunction with a local church. The food drive is our way of reaching out to the needy families in San Marcos. We are members of the San Marcos Chamber of Commerce and in 2007 we were published and received an award as a Top Operator.
