In addition to the monthly rate, there is a one-time $20 administration fee. Tenants must provide proof of self-insurance or may enroll in one of our insurance programs, which start at $10/month. Locks are required, they may be purchased on-site if the tenant does not have one of their own.

They are caring, patient, empathetic, fair, helpful, they work with you even if you are struggling, I have never had such a great experience especially with a storage place. It feels like you are renting from family (family that you like and want you to succeed). I moved an hour away and still am keeping some of my stuff with them. The place is clean, quiet, they are easily available when you need to reach them, they always have a smile and try to help come up with solutions to your issues, and they have a nice bathroom that's open even after hours (although temporarily not working) but I'm sure they will fix it. They have a truck you can rent for a great price when you move in, they have a good lock at a good price you can buy...this is the place you want to put your stuff! The woman in the office Vanessa is great, and gives you a call before you are late and get a late fee, in case you forgot. The manager Bryant is an all-around fantastic human! It's rare to see a manager who is so accessible, helpful, observant, intelligent, will work with you fairly and who always has a big smile. Also all the units you drive right up to...no inside units upstairs or down some dank hallway. Prices are not too high for the industry and it is safe and clean. Highly recommend this place!!"
